Links Exchange

There may be links on the page that DO NOT agree with the approach of Dhamma Sukha to Buddhist Meditation. But in the spirit of internet link exchanges we offer these links outward to other Buddhist Websites. We strongly suggest a person learn ONE practice for a period of a few months to see if it is actually in agreement with what the Buddha taught in the suttas and we hope people will try to do this to discover the true nature of things. Above all else we encourage spiritual curiosity and support all seekers on their spiritual journey and wish for them success in reaching Nibbana in this lifetime.

    Teachings of Ajahn Sumedho:

In his Dhamma Talks, Ajahn Sumedho always emphasizes the importance of relaxing in meditation or what he calls "Relaxed Attention". For example,  his Dhamma Talk "Welcoming Receptivity". It should be noted here that the aim is still a form of “one-pointed concentration” For the complete collection of his Dhamma talks and other Thai Forest Sangha bhikkhus, you can visit their website:

Teachings of Ven. Thich Nhat Hanh:

Ven. Thich Nhat Hanh also taught a lot about the importance of breathing and smiling in daily life. He is primarily known for his poetry. Meditation is figured out by the monks and nuns on their own for the most part. His websites are:

    Plum Village

    Deer Park Monastery

    Teachings of Ven. Dhammavudho Thera:

Bhante Dhammavudho is one of Bhante V's monastic friends in Malaysia. He emphasizes following the real teachings of Buddha, i.e. Sutta and Vinaya. Some of his Dhamma Talks question the value of some ongoing teachings and rituals that shift too much from Pali suttas. His website is:

    Vihara Buddha Gotama

    Teachings of Thanissaro Bhikkhu:

Ven. Thanissaro Bhikkhu translated some the suttas that are listed in Access to Insight website. His approach stresses following the instructions in the Pali suttas. The Anapanasati meditation techniques that he presents also include the awareness of body, not just breath-body like in Visuddhi Magga. His website is:
    Metta Forest Monastery
