David thank you for going on guru Viking. You're rockin that beard, dude! I had been hoping to hear how the center would move forward, it sounds like a lay led period is just the thing. I think he's a great interviewer, very patient, asks good questions without pushing and lets people answer fully

Greetings from England. I am very inspired and motivated with this practice. Hoping to connect via online to explore with teacher as my practice unfolds with it.
As a Vipassana yogi, I've often underemphasized both jhāna and mettā, so it's great to see a practice that skilfully incorporates and emphasises both.
Do you know of any TWIM teachers based in the UK or have any plans to travel this side of Atlantic?
