TWIM Meditation Meetup at Earthbound St Louis
All invited to Earthbound every Sunday at 9AM. Newcomers and OG are invited to come and sit and practice TWIM- Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation based on Lovingkindness. We'll do some instructions, maybe play a video and then do a 30 minute guided meditation of lovingkindness practice.
